Honestly, I didn't find this in the same place or at the same time...and when I saw this one, I'd forgotten that the last post was a picture of Heath Ledger as THE JOKER.

That one was a political comment.

This one is just a great line about his performance.

"What's up with President Obama and his bizarre ability to attract insects like flies, bees and rodents? The latest was his press conference yesterday, when a fly landed just above his mouth. Previously, the president had to swat a fly away during an interview, and a similar instance occurred during a planned photo op in Iowa. Then he was swarmed by bees, and even had a rodent come running towards him during a presser in the Rose Garden." - Glenn Beck

"Can conservatives develop a program, an agenda, and a governing vision that would, in the words of Federalist 39, vindicate 'that honorable determination which animates every votary of freedom, to rest all our political experiments on the capacity of mankind for self-government'? "

I've been thinking the very same thing: that we need a "Program, and agenda, and a governing vision" for the Tea Party/Liberty movement.

It's not really a "mission statement. It's both something more specific and yet more general...

It needs to be a touchstone; something that we can refer to when arguing issues, when designing programs, and redesigning government.

It needs to be a compilation of what we believe in, the Declaration, the Constitution, The Road to Serfdom, The Law...

...all consolidated into a few talking points that are easily accessible, easy to remember, catchy and cool.

And we need to remind people that freedom is "cool".

Even the pinheads in Hollywood know that. They consistently portray it in their movies—apparently oblivious to the cognitive dissonance between the stories they tell and the politics they profess.

Have you ever seen a movie celebrating the crushing of the hero's individual spirit and his transformation into an obedient sheep of the Powers That Be?   Ever?

Of course not. Everyone knows freedom and freemen are cool. We just have to learn how to exploit that.

Springsteen didn't mean to, but he got it right...

Well, we bursted out of class
Had to get away from those fools
We learned more from a 3-minute record, baby
Than we ever learned in school
Tonight I hear the neighborhood drummer sound
I can feel my heart begin to pound
You say you're tired and you just want to close your eyes
And follow your dreams down

Chorus:
Well, we made a promise we swore we'd always remember
No retreat, baby, no surrender
Like soldiers in the winter's night
With a vow to defend
No retreat, baby, no surrender

Well, now young faces grow sad and old
And hearts of fire grow cold
We swore blood brothers against the wind
Now I'm ready to grow young again
And hear your sister's voice calling us home
Across the open yards
Well maybe we'll cut someplace of own
With these drums and these guitars

'Cause we made a promise we swore we'd always remember
No retreat, baby, no surrender
Blood brothers in the stormy night
With a vow to defend
No retreat, baby, no surrender

Now on the street tonight the lights grow dim
The walls of my room are closing in
There's a war outside still raging
You say it ain't ours anymore to win
I want to sleep beneath
Peaceful skies in my lover's bed
With a wide open country in my eyes
And these romantic dreams in my head

Once we made a promise we swore we'd always remember
No retreat, baby, no surrender
Blood brothers in a stormy night
With a vow to defend
No retreat, baby, no surrender

I guess we don't get to sleep beneath peaceful skies....with romantic dreams in our heads. Not our lot. Not our destiny.

Too bad. So sad. Sucks to be us.

The war is raging on the streets of our country, and I did promise—when I was young—to never retreat or surrender in the face of attempts to limit my freedom.

And Goddamnit!... forty fucking years later...now, dappled with age spots and arthritis....I'm called on to honor that promise.

At least I have a lot more guns now than I did then.

Fatal Nihilism?

The argument for higher taxes on alcohol can be used for anything. And it will be.

Under a bill introduced by San Francisco Supervisor John Avalos, the city would charge alcohol wholesalers a fee -- 0.076-cents for every ounce of alcohol sold -- to defray the costs linked to alcohol consumption in the city.

If passed, it would be the nation's first local charge for the “harm” attributed to alcohol.

Supporters of the bill say there is a direct correlation between wholesale alcohol sales/ alcohol consumption and health care, human services, and public safety.

“San Francisco government agencies cannot continue to subsidize the alcohol industry,” said the Marin Institute, a group that “envisions communities free of the alcohol industry’s negative influence.”

"It's time for Big Alcohol, including wholesalers, to pay its fair share. A local alcohol charge-for-harm fee is long overdue," said Bruce Lee Livingston, executive director of Marin Institute.
"Big Alcohol".

Soon it will be "Big Cotton" and "Big Linen" for being "wrinkly, and requiring the use of steamers and irons, which use electricity - thereby depleting the resources of our poor feeble planet.

Or "Big Plastic" for being creating all that stuff that will not break down in landfills....

Or "Big Glass" for creating all those items that regularly break, and must be replaced over and over again...using precious resources both in their creation and disposal.

Or "Big Toilet Paper" for destroying all those trees just for a decadent culture's selfish convenience.

Or "Big Metal" for creating ugly, sharp things and the perfect material for making weapons.

Or "Big Food" for making so much nourishment for so many people that the precious, poor world is overcrowded.

The Media's Favorite Dictator

We live in a madhouse. I just don't understand the determined refusal to accept reality.

The horror is grossly obvious, for everyone to see...if only they will.

Shame, shame, shame on the United States Media....all the world's media. Shame as they help deliver mankind into the jaws of tyranny.

Whew....that's a mouthful!

On Øbama:

He is not just a serial liar; he is a pathological liar with a severe mental illness.

And that's his BEST trait. The fact is, we have a president whose world view is childlike; whose definition of "economics" is "a bunch of greedy republicans hoarding cash in a cave somewhere;" whose sympathies are formed exclusively by whom he perceives to be victims of mainstream white American culture (first among them, himself); whose historical knowledge wouldn't pass muster on an average high school exam; whose emotional well-being is so utterly warped by a sense of alienation and fear that it is completely inaccessible; whose only accomplishments were empty gestures directed to him by opportunistic outsiders leveraging affirmative action and his bottomless vanity to press their own power agendas; whose mind is filled exclusively with visions of retribution against those he perceives as his oppressors; whose capacity for common sense wouldn't fill a thimble even as his ideological delusions dwarf the planet's oceans; who has never known true friendship, true achievement, true loyalty, true patriotism, true appreciation, true spiritual humility or even had the courage to look himself in the mirror in the morning without framing his face within the gossamer bunting of messianism.

And still, that's not what amazes me. What amazes me is that anyone who isn't severely brain damaged still defends him on any front, for any reason, in any way.

Because the truth his, as bad a human being as Obama is, those people are more destructive even than he is.

Brilliant analysis of what we call "Liberalism" to day:

"Liberalism is an incoherent philosophy. Theoretically, it seeks to develop a society of free and equal over-men, who live in blissful freedom from the wicked social obligations of Christendom and Western Civilization.

In practice, it is madness given form. All that is old must be destroyed, that their dream may be realized. In the end, all that is left is anarchistic tyranny.

It is nearly impossible to build something great, difficult to sustain it, but as simple as negligence to destroy. As such, liberals prefer to get on with the work of destroying all that is around them, and simply fantasize on what they would build if they weren't so lazy. "

Guns and Talk

Heard from a lot of NRA defenders about the deal the NRA was making with Congress to get a special deal cut for themselves....after which they would no longer oppose a First Amendment infringing "campaign (finance) reform" bill, designed to get around the recent SCOTUS decision on McCain-Feingold.

Just in case some of your NRA buddies try to bullshit you....here's what the NRA actually has to say about it. And it's not pretty:

If we get ours....fuck y'all.

"We told Congress we opposed the bill.  Consequently, congressional leaders announced they would exempt us from its draconian restrictions on political speech.  If that happens, we will not be involved in final consideration of this bill in the House.  If it doesn’t, we will strongly oppose the bill."

Isn't that just another way of saying: "We made a deal with the Devil"?

"There are those who say the NRA should put the Second Amendment at risk over a First Amendment principle. That’s easy to say—unless you have a sworn duty to protect the Second Amendment above all else, as we do.

The NRA is a non-partisan, single-issue organization made up of millions of individual members dedicated to the protection of the Second Amendment. We do not represent the interests of other organizations. That’s their responsibility. Our responsibility is to protect and defend the interests of our members. And that we do without apology."

Apparently the NRA has become so estranged from the whole "American" thing, it no longer believes that it is necessary to defend the other Nine Amendments contained in the Bill of Rights.

There is no "Second Amendment" outside the context of the entire Bill of Rights. You can't sacrifice the nine to preserve the one. It's a meaningless construct - it is false, shameful sophistry, used in the attempt to excuse this dishonorable and unprincipled conduct.

GUNS are not the point of the 2nd Amendment.....DEFENSE of our FREEDOMS is the point of the 2nd Amendment. The NRA is arguing that to preserve the 2nd Amendment, they are prepared to sacrifice (at least for all others) the very freedoms it was instituted to protect! It's utterly illogical.

What sort of genius at the NRA prepared that statement? More to the point, I suppose, is what sort of pinheads think like that?

What brainiac thought anyone outside their little corporate insider club would actually consider that a reasonable argument?

Hey, I love guns. And I like organizations that protect the 2nd Amendment....but I'm thinking the NRA might just be run—at least at the moment—by a serious load of idjits.

Personal Enemy

I realize it's obvious to most of us....but this is said so well, it should be in distribution...

American Thinker...Obama and Oil; Greasing America's Decline

And then there's the legal problem with Obama's view. By what right does Obama presume to tell Americans how to live and drive? Where in the Constitution is the authority for this breathtaking assumption of power?

We should expect that the same radical agenda lurks behind Obama's self-righteous and sanctimonious platitudes regarding bans on future drilling. The BP disaster is likely just what Obama was looking for, the crisis on which to hang America's economic decline. To listen to Obama rant, the uninformed would think that large oil spills are a common occurrence, and that no technology exists to prevent them. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Spills involving sea-based rigs account for only 2 percent of all oil spills, making the BP disaster indeed rare. And oil spills have dramatically reduced over the last two decades.

Surely President Obama is aware of this information. Therefore, his actions must be seen as those of an opportunist. But what opportunity is he pursuing, if the result is the destruction of American wealth and badly needed jobs? The answer: dependency. Just as the lack of refinery capacity was felt at the pump and all over the economy, a cessation in drilling will shift supply almost completely to foreign sources in order to meet demand, increasing gas prices to punitive levels and again affecting all areas of the economy. Obama knows this, and yet he proceeds at breakneck speed. Oil and gas well-drilling companies employ over 60,000 Americans, jobs that would surely be threatened if Obama's moratorium on drilling goes forward. High prices combined with the ripple of unemployment that will be the consequence of any ban on drilling will make yet more Americans utterly dependent on President Obama for their very sustenance.

If past behavior is any indicator, what is good for Obama is not good for America. Energy is wealth, and oil is America's primary source of energy. Eliminating drilling eliminates potential American wealth. Speak out in support of business and freedom. Reject Obama's thinly disguised attack on American prosperity.

Those who wish to, may say that King Øbie loves America, but you will never convince me of that. He's been her enemy since he was born...wherever...

ØBAMA IS TRYING TO RUIN MY PROSPERITY, AND MAKE ME DEPENDENT ON GOVERNMENT FOR MY SURVIVAL.

I knew that hippydom and the radical left had peaked in power when I no longer saw pretty women on Haight Street in San Francisco or on Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley.

Women seek out and attach themselves to men and movements with power.

So where does one see the most attractive women these days?
The conservative movement.

Is it possible, that like the individual choices that create the Free Market, beautiful/desireable/high status women, by their individual choices—made individually in their own best interests—might, in fact, give us a glimpse into who's winning the culture wars??

When the face of the left is Rosie O'Donnell, and the right is Sarah Palin, perhaps that alone, for very serious and logical sociological reasons should make us sit up and take notice...

Just an interesting thought...that if mined correctly, might be useful...

Jeff Perren wrote:

"I am not an ideologue."

He should not be so proud of this statement. It's intended to imply that he is not a dogmatist. In reality, it means that someone has no consistent philosophy, adheres to no principles, sees every new fact as wholly unprecedented and learns nothing from experience.

In a word, that is Pragmatism and it is one of the fundamental causes for everything that is wrong in America today.

I frequently make this mistake, accusing the Left of being ideologues.

I'm sorry to have been so cavalier with the language...I wont' make the same mistake again.

I am proud ideologue...by Jeff's definition - believing in the right ideology: our founding principles and values...and using them as the standard against which all political ideas are measured.

From now on, let's call the enemy what they are:

  • Dogmatists (The True Believers like Van Jones Cas Sunstein, Bill Ayers, Code Pink, Democratic Underground, Daily Kos) who refuse to see the truth no matter how much evidence is before their eyes....
  • Pragmatists (Opportunists like Rahm Emanuel, Al Gore, Bill Clinton)...who use whatever circumstances offer to advance their personal goals - generally focused on personal enrichment.
And let's save Ideology....as the good word it is.

The American Gospel

I'm reading a short story about a family, and the odd circumstances under which the two children were raised. On of the boys accepts the rules and dictates of the family culture without question...and one, raised exactly the same way, does not. He questions. He thinks for himself.

And it occurred to me that that is what people are really like. Training and even propaganda can take hold of some...but others are always immune. They question. They think for themselves.

And that brought on an important realization: No matter how hard the Progressives try to make everyone a sheep, a slave on the new plantation, for a lot of people....a lot of kids...that indoctrination just won't take.

All they'll need is exposure to truth...and they'll see it immediately. All they need is help...a word, a book, a conversation.

There are obviously some you just can't save...but there will always be those who are simply waiting for the truth...even if they don't even realize it themselves.

This is comforting because it's easy to believe that because "they have the children" in their bloody lying Progressive schools, there is no hope for the future.

Of course, it's important to do everything we can to change those schools, and take them back. But it's not true that we have a "lost generation" who have been exposed to all the brainwashing and will always buy the bullshit.

There are millions who just haven't yet got the good word...and it's our responsibility, at least until it's time for bullets, to make sure that as many people have the chance to hear it as possible.

I guess I'm saying we need to be the New Missionaries bringing our own "Good News" to the poor savages living in the dark—and that a lot of them will listen, hear us and find their way home.

...The wise approach, however, has an additional problem for President Obama beyond his deeply self-absorbed personality: As a Progressive, Obama believes that government should be able to do almost anything…and should do everything it can. Obama is part of a presidential Progressive lineage going back through FDR, Teddy Roosevelt and Woodrow Wilson who believed that technocrats should be in charge of most aspects of American life, that private citizens are too stupid to manage their own lives so we need Progressives to do so for us. One might say that Progressivism is an inherently narcissistic philosophy...

American Thinker has an insightful post by Steve McCann called: The Man Who Would Be King. It is quite a good analysis of the manchild ZerØ and his state of mind...and propounds a fairly cogent theory behind his absurd behavior.

McCann suggests that Øbama sees himself as Royalty...a "Head of State" like the Queen of England, without the necessity of doing the work of the "Head of Government"

Barack Obama views himself as the head of state only, and he has no concept of what leadership is -- thus, he cannot be bothered with the day-to-day responsibility of governance. He is, in his narcissistic world, above all that; therefore, he delegates the writing of the Stimulus, health care, and other major bills to Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid; appoints czars with power to spend and set policy; prefers to let others, who can be conveniently blamed, solve the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico; and continues to castigate the previous administration for all manner of ills, as certainly no one as preordained as he to rule could ever be truly responsible for any failure.

From the internet. Great "comments" that I can't link to directly, but you should read.
Grmzlyk says:

These people exist exclusively as reactionaries; they are constitutionally incapable of creating anything of value on their own. No, all they know how to do is break down the doors of the edifices of existing institutions and, in ritualistic acts of vengeance, exact revenge on the bastards who created the world as it is.

They build nothing, they create nothing, they improve nothing. They are all about punitive actions – obliteration, criminal charges, litigation, protests, etc. They are in fact nothing but nihilists.

That's why Obama and his merry band of vandals cannot put one foot in front of the other to create anything (at its bottom, the health care bill was not about building a better system but about cutting the insurance companies down to size).

These destructive, bitter, angry, envious, covetous, rapacious, avaricious felons have no interest in their vaunted ideal of "justice." They want first to destroy and second to collect THEIRS, and, like Jake LaMotta in Raging Bull, are only too happy to shatter a priceless championship belt in order to extract a few jewels of limited individual value for their immediate succor.

And this is always and everywhere the logical end of liberal policies: Destruction, corruption, nihilism, degradation, humiliation and abject servitude.

Mark Shepler adds:

Well said, Grmzlyk. But I would add something. For all their blather about "progressivism" there is not a word or idea out this bunch that is newer than about 100 years old. It's all been said and tried before and found wanting and/or deadly. During the run up to the nationalization of health care they even boasted it was time to finally implement an idea overdue since Teddy Roosevelt's time. As though the last 100 years had never happened. And what this shows is they are ineducable and enthralled by faith or mendacious. Either they cannot even learn from experience or they know full well the outcome of their Big Ideas and that is exactly the point- to destroy and reign over the ruins in the hopes of ushering in the New Utopia. I would say the great mass of liberal minded people are the former and the zealots, like Obama, the latter.

Not to take anything away from your comments but they were condensed neatly seven decades ago. I've known some petty lefties but never I have I seen it on display on so prominent a "leader" as occupies the Presidency today. To Stop and Calm

Saturation. Overload. Fatigue.

There is seemingly no end to the rotten doings of the ZerØ Regime.

If you watch Glenn Beck...you know that not a single day goes by without some new outrage being discovered by which these criminal thugs seek to destroy our country and enslave us.

It's just too much. How does one person keep track, choose the right weapons, engage in the right tactics to stop "The Blob" or the million-tentacled Kraken?

Depression, anxiety, helplessness, anger, a sense of being out-of-control, of being attacked by a nameless horror without a body you can shoot has been my experience lately.

I'm trying to keep it together to figure out how to keep my Tea Partiers going. But I've had trouble keeping myself going.

I think I've finally learned the hard lesson. Screw it. There is no way we can keep up. The Øbamachine is slicing and dicing up America faster than we can staunch the blood, patch the wounds, rest, think, regroup.

In the short run, ZerØ is gonna win. He and his crew are going to tear America apart. And she will crack, crumble and fail...right down to the immovable foundation that none of this asshole's attacks can destroy or even penetrate.

That foundation is an educated, certain, clear, calm, prepared, Patriot population...that doesn't need the government to survive. Who knows what they believe in and why, and will never waver, retreat or  surrender...even in the face of unemployment, shortages, hyper-inflation, social collapse and cultural breakdown.

The Foundation is US.

The foundation foresees it, understands it, prepares for it...and cannot be bribed, bought, frightened, panicked or seduced by the lies of Progressive pseudo-saviors into giving up their freedom, their morals, their principles, their values, their independence, their goods, their land, their history, their truth...
...for "help" from the gummint.

In the end, what has been called the "remnant" will rebuild the greatness that was America, because they will keep the American IDEA safe, sheltered, alive and burning bright.

They need only bid their time, and reintroduce it once the Progressives have—as they always do—driven themselves and their mindless zømbies off the cliff to their ultimate demise.

Instead of trying to keep up with the cockroach-like multitudes of craziness spewed by this Regime, let us slow down, calm down...and prepare.

Social Security, setting the record straight. Last night, I heard yet another speaker refer to Social Security as an unfunded entitlement. This is a prevalent, but false representation. It is far past time to set the record straight. Social Security is a savings program, or so we were told. As one of the tens of millions of hard-working Americans that paid into this system for a lifetime, with absolutely no benefit, I can attest to the fact it has been funded. Another mischaracterization is the way the Social Security "problem" is described. Let's be clear. The "problem" is not old people; the problem is embezzlement by a Congress and federal government that cannot keep its hands off our money. It took our savings, spent it, left behind lots of IOUs, and extended benefits to millions that did not pay into the system. Who has to pay those IOUs? We the People, of course. By a sleight-of-hand, our labors were turned into more debts. I am no fan of socialist programs, but if anyone wants to speak honestly on the topic, he or she should draw a sharp distinction between Social Security, which has been funded by its beneficiaries, and Medicaid, for example, which actually is an unfunded "entitlement" program.

Funded but embezzled.  Nicely said.

Total Quote of the Day!

Set up....Nikki Haley is being set upon by [disgusting] fellow Republicans in South Carolina, accusing her of having slept with two guys....all it an effort to "bring her down"...because she's considerably ahead in the polls.

A commenter, noting a couple of pictures in which Nikki's mouth is slightly open said this:

"Does this woman take a picture with her mouth closed? It gives her this perpetual startled look. Someone needs to get to the ENT doc fast."

Another commenter's response to this is my TOTAL QUOTE OF THE DAY:

"If you’d suddenly found yourself surrounded by a prancing horde of freakshow nancy-boys shreiking in unison they’d each been doing the dirty with you, wouldn’t you be rendered agape by the repulsive spectacle of it all too?"

Now that's pure poetry. It even feels good in the mouth while being said out loud. "Rendered agape". Seriously. That's good stuff.

Ah....the joys of the interwebs. Beautiful little gems when you least expect them.

A Crack in the Gatekeeper's Door

Anchorman....who remains anonymous (so he can keep his job—think about THAT!) has a few words to say about the "coverage" of the Blockade Runners who illegally and aggressively challenged the IDF.

They did it to set up the Israelis...and the rest of the Anti-Semites in the world—including the current "American" regime, have been working hand in hand with the criminals liars.

Here's a little of the truth:

Anchor accuses own network of ‘embarrassing’ bias in Israel coverage

He ends with:

"With all due respect XXXX,  I find our coverage of this an abomination. I feel like I want to wash the slime off me when I get off work.  I’m embarrassed by our coverage.  I take this job and my reputation seriously. But that’s nearly impossible with coverage like this. I hope you’ll respond."

Brutal Act of Senseless Violence

I want this asshole's picture everywhere.

Just another nugget of financial info for the scrapbook

This pretty much speaks for itself. In case you had any doubt...or need evidence in black and white for your idiot Liberal friends who keep starting sentences about debt with, "Well Bush...."
The federal government is now $13 trillion in the red, the Treasury Department reported Wednesday, marking the first time the government has sunk that far into debt and putting a sharp point on the spending debate on Capitol Hill.

Calculated down to the exact penny, the debt totaled $13,050,826,460,886.97 as of Tuesday, leaping nearly $60 billion since Friday, the previous day for which figures were released.
At $13 trillion, that figure has risen by $2.4 trillion in about 500 days since President Obama took office, or an average of $4.9 billion a day. That's almost three times the daily average of $1.7 billion under the previous administration, and led Republicans on Wednesday to place blame squarely at the feet of Mr. Obama and his fellow Democrats.

"A $13 trillion debt is an alarm bell and a wake-up call combined, but Democrats are not even trying to pass a budget," said House Minority Leader John A. Boehner, Ohio Republican. "How out of touch can Washington Democrats get? Instead of continuing to pay lip service to this issue, President Obama should call on congressional Democrats to pass a budget that provides the fiscal discipline economists say is needed to create jobs and grow our economy."

The White House would not comment for the record, but an official speaking on the condition of anonymity said the administration is "committed to restoring fiscal responsibility."

That last line is pretty funny—in a gallows humor kind of way.

Here's the whole article: Federal Debt Tops $13 Trillion Mark

Shall we calculate how much that is for each of the of the American citizens that actually pays taxes?

Sure, that's "sustainable".

Let's raise taxes, make more regulations, demonize business & badmouth profit. Let's open the borders, give illegals more government services. Let's pass Cap & Trade. Implement Socialized Medicine...

Oh, sorry Mr. Resident, I didn't hear your teleprompters come in...what?

Oh...right. America was "built by immigrants".

Oh...right. America is a racist nation because we all obviously hate Mexicans.

Oh...right. Americans have no right to a country of their own. We OWE everyone on the globe free admittance into our country under any circumstance, no matter who they are, what they've done, what they think of us, and what their intentions are...unlike any other country in the world.

Oh...right. The fact the Mexico has harsh and strict immigration laws doesn't mean El Calderon shouldn't lecture us about ours. After all Mexicans are brown people exploiting, killing raping and robbing other brown people. How can that be wrong? It's only when White People decide to enforce their country's laws that true EVIL shows it ugly face.

Oh...right. It's not what you DO that makes you a criminal. It's what color your skin is.

Thanks for clearing that "racist" thing up for us.

Ben Ferrara at American Spectator has written an article that predicts that Resident Øbama will resign before the end of his first term: The Coming Resignation of Barack Obama

RESIGN.

God, what a National Holiday THAT would be!

The reasons he lists amount to quite an indictment already, and he expects them to just get worse...and multiply.

I'm not breaking out the party favors yet, but the idea serves as a pleasant subject for contemplation.

As to the question about why the Ø Regime is dealing so poorly with the BP Rig spill, I have found two lovely comments, each of which represent one of two ways of viewing this administration:

They are EVIL:
"They are waiting for a "crisis" to become a disaster that they can exploit in order to gain control of the petroleum industry. This is not incompetence on display. Everything they do, or refuse to do, is calculated to advance the agenda. They do not care about anything else."
They are STUPID:
"The administration environmentalists who demand to make the final decisions and yet refuse to approve making a little mess to prevent making a much bigger mess are the ones turning an accident into a catastrophe."

Of course, that's only if you read them separately. If you combine them, you get a glimpse of the bigger picture:
"They are waiting for a "crisis" to become a disaster that they can exploit in order to gain control of the petroleum industry... and administration environmentalists who demand to make the final decisions and yet refuse... [approval]... are turning an accident into...[the] catastrophe [the regime is hoping for]."

Øbama Gears up for Independence Day

Flaccid President. (Too much information?)

Man, you have got to like an essay that starts with this...

"Would someone remind us again why the nation elected this man to be president? A man with no resume, a man with no experience in running anything other than a political campaign, a man who is ignorant of history, economics, and technology? A man who is shallow and lazy? A man who shares neither character nor temperament with the American people in this vast republic? How did this happen?"

Even if the rest of the article is pure hokum...this paragraph redeems all.

But lo...Here's the rest...it's even better.

"Identity politics combined with incompetence have exposed the absurdity in the ambitions of big government and made Obama the weakest, most anemic and flaccid president in the modern era. The Latinate word would be diminutive. In simple Saxon tongue, the word is small. This is Obama's presidency."

(EOTIS)

Is it possible? Is it Real?

I know you're just going to think I'm still high on SUPERNATURAL, but something has finally wormed its way into my head. See the previous post about the insanity in the world....OF the world.

This bad craziness is going on all over the place, all the time, lately. Nothing makes sense. Humanity has completely lost its way. Crimes are sanctioned by peoples and governments in the name of "peace" and "fairness" and "equality"and "goodness". Human beings are considered to have no right to exist by "official" organizations of "world" governments.

"Civilized" people are calling for the heads of innocents in the interests of monsters.

What the hell is going on?

I have always seen this in the context of politics. Of human appetite...the human weakness of the love of money, status and power.

But natural humans have a way of being satisfied with millions of dollars, of status high enough to get them an appointment with the President of the United States—or their favorite movie star—and enough power to control their own destiny.

But unnatural humans have evolved somehow for whom no amount of money is enough, no status but "tyrant of the universe" is high enough, and no amount of power short of that of life and death over every earthly creature is enough.

This is not normal. It's not natural. Something is really wrong here.

Remember the end of The Exorcist, when the young priest dies fighting the devil? Remember his smile? It was because in coming face to face with the devil he knew that God—about whom he had been suffering a crisis of faith—did exist. The existence of the former logically required the existence of the latter. And he was satisfied.

I almost feel that way now.

My search for God has never been to seek out the face of the devil to prove, by the necessity of complementarity, the existence of God. In fact, it never occurred to me. But lately the level of decadent evil is clawing at my consciousness every day...demanding my attention. Is this my answer?

Wild lies, raging hypocrisy, massive corruption, the brutal, ruthless destruction of the best hope for freedom for humankind, and the ferocious destruction of the best hope for prosperity for humankind engaged in with relish and spite while pouring disapprobation on every evidence and spark of goodness and truth.

If it was just one country, or one sect, or one religion, or one party, faction or group...one could reasonably assume bad law, bad culture, bad nurturing, bad politics, bad choices... were responsible.

But when the leadership of almost the entire world...and our own country carefully chooses to support and advance that which is clearly and demonstrably bad, and crush all that is clearly and demonstrably good, decent and humane...well, that's a damned different kettle of fish.

Something is fucking UP!

Yes, I get Nazism, and Stalin and Pol Pot.  And Mao and Kim Jong Il.

But leaders of the United States and the West were not befriending these monsters, and allying with them in their mission to destroy the Light that is America and the traditions of the West. And every single earthly government was not full of weakness and hate and corruption and fear and cowardice and narcissism and vanity and voracious greed and a wild-eyed manic compulsion for destruction of time-honored traditions.

And most of the Western World had morals, and ethics, and filled Churches on Sunday, and valued its history and culture and true heroes.

But nowhere on earth do the leaders of the West (or any other country) encourage these values and standards today. Every single nation is failing, not only financially, but morally. The rot is obvious, and it appears to be contagious.

Something is UP!

It is said people have a "bias toward the normal", by which he meant we refuse to see things that fall outside of our habitual understanding and perception of our world.  Are we allowing that bias to blind us to true evil afoot in the world?

Not human evil. But SOURCE evil?

Is it possible? How does one know?

Lot's of people are in the booby hatch for imagining such things. I'd rather not be crazy...but I don't want to be blind to the real face of the enemy either. If we're not dealing with normal human evil, but something...else...how do we fight it?

I know what they do on TV....but this is real life, and frankly, I haven't got a clue.

Nancy the "Catholic"

How does this cunt sleep at night? Oh wait. Demons don't sleep.

Pelosi Says She Has a Duty to Pursue Policies in Keeping With The Values of Jesus, 'The Word Made Flesh'
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) says she believes she must pursue public policies "in keeping with the values" of Jesus Christ, "The Word made Flesh."
Yeah....made flesh so she can EAT IT. Raw. Or abort it at birth and leave it in a cold steel basin to die defenseless and alone.

God's work.

Does she think anyone on planet earth will see this as anything but a stupidly retarded Devil's Spawn trying to use the "Word" against the "Light"?

She goes on to make this articulate statement of "faith":

“They ask me all the time, ‘What is your favorite this? What is your favorite that? What is your favorite that?’ And one time, ‘What is your favorite word?’ And I said, ‘My favorite word? That is really easy. My favorite word is the Word, is the Word. And that is everything. It says it all for us. And you know the biblical reference, you know the Gospel reference of the Word.”

“And that Word," Pelosi said, "is, we have to give voice to what that means in terms of public policy that would be in keeping with the values of the Word. The Word. Isn’t it a beautiful word when you think of it? It just covers everything. The Word.

“Fill it in with anything you want. But, of course, we know it means: ‘The Word was made flesh and dwelt amongst us.’ And that’s the great mystery of our faith. He will come again. He will come again. So, we have to make sure we’re prepared to answer in this life, or otherwise, as to how we have measured up.”

What. The. Fuck?

Maybe it's Dementia. Honestly, I can't think of another reason she'd say something so stupid. This shit makes Barbara Boxer look like a Rhodes Scholar.

Actually, I think this casts serious doubt on her stature as "demon". I think she's demonstrated an understanding of human intelligence more akin to a Zømbie. And until further notice will remain in that category.

The Monster List

Okay...I admit I've been watching way too much Supernatural (tv show) on DVD to take a little break from all the madness and unnatural bullshit that's actually happening around us...

(The main characters of SUPERNATURAL are the Winchester brothers, Sam and Dean. They are "Hunters".  Not of game animals...but of supernatural evil creatures.)

Turns out, it has a few good lessons for us.

First, it teaches us to categorize the creatures we're dealing with here; to sort out their characters, to figure out their ultimate goals, to research their weakness & vulnerabilities, to choose our weapons accordingly, and plan our attack strategically.

It's summarized by Dean's (seemingly) simple question, "Okay, how do we kill it?"

So, let's Categorize:

Let's start at the "top" with Demons:
  • Demons are more or less at the top of the evil food chain, though some are more intelligent and more powerful than others; there is a definite hierarchy. They sow destruction and chaos. They enjoy power and control over others, they enjoy causing suffering, privation and death to humans, they use fear as a weapon. They are are vengeful, mean, cruel. They hate mankind. They consider themselves a superior race. They are the spawn of Lucifer.  Examples: Woodrow Wilson,  George Sørøs, Cass Sunstein, Ezekial Emanuel, Osama bin Laden.
Next we have the Vampires:
  • Vampires are soulless camp-followers. In the midst of demon-created destruction and chaos they suck the substance from the living and healthy. They exploit it to fill themselves up with the life-blood of others...in the service of their rapacious appetites. Examples: Al Gore,  Al Sharpton, Goldman Sachs, General Electric, Franklin Raines, Rahm Emanuel.
Finally, at the bottom of the food chain, the Zømbies:
  • These are the soul-dead,  mindless victim-followers of the demons, shuffling around every inner city, welfare office, faculty lounge, red-carpet event, and newsroom. Examples: Chris Matthews, Susan Sarandon, Black Panthers, Cindy Sheehan, Keith Olbermann.
They all have to be dealt with as they immediately threaten us, of course. We can't be blind to the immediate issues. But it seems to me the First Cause, besides Lucifer himself, are his minions, the Demons. And if we're going to stop the assault on the last, best hope of Freedom and Peace in the world, we'd better figure out a way to take them out.

The Winchester boys found a demon killing blade, and a special Colt that "could kill anything". Providence provided. I doubt these are appropriate for our particular breed of demons...but surely Providence will provide what we need if we have the courage to join the fight.

No longer victims, HUNTERS.

The Gunslinger

Either this is a brilliant analysis...or I REALLY need to step away from the television.
