Voter ID (9th Circuit) Ruling Overturned

STOP THE ACLU :
"Behind the push against this law was of course none other than the ACLU. I am sure they are disappointed with the ruling. How will illegals and dead people be able to vote now?"

Big Lizards
"The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Friday that Arizona can go ahead with requiring voters to present a photo ID, starting with next month's general election, as part of the Proposition 200 that voters passed in 2004. The ruling overturns an Oct. 5 decision by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which put the voter ID rules on hold this election cycle.

That this issue is an "issue" speaks to the dreadful state of the country. It's obvious to any 3rd grader that we have an absolute right as citizens to prevent, by any means necessary, foreigners from deciding the fate, direction and leadership of our country by illegally casting votes.

That any court entertained the suit against the duly passed requirement by the voters of Arizona, and that any court, even the 9th Circuit with their laughable record of vacuous stupidity, ruled against it serves notice that we are in a battle for our very survival as a nation.
