I was not going to comment on this hag, because there's really no point. She's getting confirmed, whether she's a space alien, an illegal alien, a vampire or a spawn of Satan.

She's not sure whether you have a right to defend yourself.

Our new Supreme Court Justice isn't sure whether you should are legally required to just stand there passively and die when someone attacks you.

I don't want to say the Common Sense is dead in America. But it certainly moribund in Washington.

And apparently this La Raza thug believes that the 2nd Amendment "only applies to the Federal Government". So, if every state denied people the "right to keep and bear arms" that would be okay, as long as the Federal Government didn't.

So, the 2nd Amendment means nothing, and guarantees nothing. Does she think the same of the First amendment? Can the States close down newspapers they don't like, and censor movies, and ban music...as long as the Federal Government doesn't do it?

Can the States criminalize homosexuality? Charge Puerto Ricans a poll tax? Re-institute segregation based on race? Would it be okay, as long as the Federal Government doesn't do it?

Can States impose cruel and unusual punishment, arrest people without cause, search without warrants, force people to testify against themselves?

Or is it just that pesky SECOND AMENDMENT that the States can violate?
