Beware the Sheeps' Fangs...

Naturally, all generalities have exceptions.

And I must admit, my insistence that we THROW ALL THE BUMS out of Congress will negatively affect some whom we would rather keep.

Here is one of those...at least insofar as he proposed this: Congressmen Who Vote for Government-Run Health Care Agency Should Be Its First Customers

Hard not to love a guy who gets it.

CNSNews.com) – Rep. John Fleming (R-La.) introduced a bill Monday that urges members of Congress who vote to create a government-run health insurance agency to give up their own comprehensive health insurance plans to join the new the public option they advocate for others.

The bill, H. Res. 615, says members of Congress who vote for a government-run health care bureau should become the inaugural customers of government-run health-care.

“That it is the sense of the House of Representatives that Members who vote in favor of the establishment of a public, federal government run health insurance option are urged to forgo their right to participate in the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP) and agree to enroll under that public option,” the resolution reads.

Fleming said he offered the non-binding resolution after he found out that under both the House and Senate proposals, members of Congress and other federal government employees will not have to participate in the planned health insurance exchanges for at least five years.

After five years, they still do not have to participate in the exchanges if they do not want to, while every other American must have a plan that conforms to the government’s rules, Fleming added.

Of course, this good man cannot be allowed to stop our campaign to clean out the Vipers, by voting EVERY INCUMBENT OUT of Congress. The very nature of the outrage that Fleming is protesting proves beyond doubt that they have to be purged.

After we teach them a lesson, we can return the good ones to office, having taught them all that they actually do work for us — and that those words are not just a rhetorical convention used to placate the slumbering sheep.

Among what politicians believe is a meek and sleepy herd of sheep, it turns out there is a pack of ravenous wolves...who are on their scent.

And We Are Coming!

  1. And after the good ones are returned to office, any newly elected rep or senator should understand that they will no longer be receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars for a paycheck. They must have a regular job just like the rest of us. That way, they will never forget what the rest of us go through very day. These people are lawmakers and they don't need to be a full time politician. There are so many laws on the books now we can't keep track of them all. The CONgress positions should be part time. Then they will ahve no choice but to concentrate on real issues instead of celebrity honors and shit of that nature.

  3. Agreed. Term limits to one term each...unless everything they vote for is to REPEAL laws.

For every term they spend EXCLUSIVELY repealing laws, they get one more term.

The fist bill, resolution, etc they vote that isn't to repeal previous laws...is their last term.

Even if it's a good law. One term only, with the repeal caveat.

After one term, they ALL have to return to the world and abide by the laws they passed. No exceptions.

Citizen Legislators. Like it was supposed to be.

    Same with the Senate.

The first thing they need to do is close down all the bureaucracies, and reduce all government salaries and benefits. And outlaw government worker unions.
