States Notice the Tenth Amendment

New Hampshire takes this shit seriously. Check this out. HCR 0006. "Affirming States' Rights" based on Jeffersonian principles and the Tenth Amendment. Here's a discussion about it.

Here's Oklahoma's version, also here.

Here's Arizona's version.

Here's Washington state's version.

And Missouri's.

I think my decision about where to move is getting easier.

  1. At least these non-binding resolutions will help you with that decision...My Inner Cynic whispers to me that those "sent to the President's office" have already been shredded by AG Eric Holder,or made into origami thingies.,seeing how the new crop of criminals don't give a toss about the Constitution.Funny how those who speak of a "living, breathing Constitution" are constantly trying to kill it...

  2. Just a thought... Suppose obie is really brilliant. He is the ultimate Manchurian candidate whose mission is to fragment America into 50 pieces. He's just using the leftists, his real loyalty is to fundamentalist Islam.

    Just asking.

  4. Remind me to send Rep Key a think you note. He's not my rep specifically, but several of them here can learn a thing or two from him.

  5. Fuck yeah MO! Return to Federalism* = solution to the Great American Disagreements??

*As in the brand advocated by the Founding Fathers and espoused in the 10th amendment... minimal Federal involvement in local politics.
