ReplyDeleteOur own GCA of 1968 is based largely on the German Weapons Act of 1938. Among other things, by implementing Form 4473 (the yellow form), every firearm purchase, made from a dealer, is recorded in a national data base (BATFE). The libtards who clamor for firearms registration are duplicating an effort, they already know who's buying what IF IT'S DONE THROUGH A DEALER.
I emphasize this point to urge everyone to buy as many guns as you can via private sale. At this time, federal law does not regulate intrastate sale of firearms between private individuals (certain state and local laws may). With a private sale there is no Form 4473, hence no record of your purchase, are ya' with me here?
The Second Amendment ain't about duck huntin'. If you value your rights as a gun owner and an American, do your part by joining the NRA, the Second Amendment Foundation, or the Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership.

ReplyDeleteGermany did not establish gun control in 1938. Firearms in private hands were confiscated by the liberators in 1945.
