I just heard a radio ad encouraging listeners to create an "LLC" in order to protect personal assets in case of a lawsuit...which are on the rise! They warned us not to wait, in this litigious society until it's too late!

Of course it was a law firm's ad.

Who do you suppose is responsible for creating this dangerously litigious society?

Jesus, they're The Mob. Manufacturing the danger, and then making you pay them for protection against it.
