The nightmare graphically depicted above came up in conversation with friends today, and I tried to make this point as clearly as possible:
We are under no legal obligation to obey a Supreme Court that violates the Constitution as written.
No Supreme Court has the right or authority to distort, undermine, or violate the meaning of the Constitution to serve a political agenda.
Assuming for a moment the horror of a Hillary victory, she can try to appoint anyone she wants. If the Senate acts as it has with Øbama, and spinelessly rubber stamps leftwing idealogues, she and they will only be increasing the likelihood of a revolt by The People in her term.
