Lex Malla, Lex Nulla*



The nightmare graphically depicted above came up in conversation with friends today, and I tried to make this point as clearly as possible:

We are under no legal obligation to obey a Supreme Court that violates the Constitution as written.

No Supreme Court has the right or authority to distort, undermine, or violate the meaning of the Constitution to serve a political agenda.

Assuming for a moment the horror of a Hillary victory, she can try to appoint anyone she wants. If the Senate acts as it has with Ă˜bama, and spinelessly rubber stamps leftwing idealogues, she and they will only be increasing the likelihood of a revolt by The People in her term.
