Hard Advice

This is what I think the Republicans should do about he coming "Fiscal Cliff".

They should stand back and let the Democrats have everything they want. They should agree with the Leftists. They should make it clear to the Media and to the People that they will not stand in the way of anything the newly elected president and his party want.

And then when it all explodes all over the country, they should remind people that the explosion is the direct result of Leftist/Democratic/Øbama policies. Ones that were enacted and instituted without objection, and without compromise, and without alteration.

If done correctly, the Leftist will not be able to blame the Republicans because we will not have created a target for them to aim at. We will have abandoned the field of battle...and let the Left march loudly and proudly to Pyrrhic victory...bragging how their un-opposed policies would save the country.

Uh huh.

We need to start thinking tactically...and strategically. And tough. And dangerous. And serious.

With the media in their undies, the Left can control the narrative whenever we engage. We need to learn not to. We need to let them provide the proof that their policies don't work, by allowing them to institute them, and allowing their destructive, catastrophic, ruinous results to speak for themselves, in a way neither the media nor the public can ignore.

In a way neither the regime, nor the media, nor the left can shift the blame.

While this is a harsh road, I think it is the best and most direct way to Change Minds.

Remember:  "Rebuilding is easy. Changing minds is hard."

Yeah...I said that.

  1. I have been presenting your idea to every disillusioned Conservative (and they all are) that I have engaged this past week. Guess what? The light bulb flashes.
That's right, you won. It's yours to do with as you please. Have at it. But STFU and get the out of the way when we have to put it all back together. No quarter asked, none given.

  2. It's so cute how conservative voters think there are ANY Conservatives (note Cap-C) in D.C.
There is instead a "loyal opposition" (Read: Shill) party designed to give the ILLUSION of choice.

THAT is why nothing changes no matter who is elected: they are all bought and paid for by the same elites.
