Okay. I get it, and I agree.
But in our rush to hate on Roberts, can we please remember to super hate on the other four assholes who have such little regard for the Constitution and the rule of law, that NO-ONE is surprised they voted this way?
They are the persistent, consistent, total, complete and committed Assholes, Progressives, Leftists, Socialists and Traitors:
Sonia Sotomayor, Stephen Breyer, Elena Kagan, Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
We should not be more outraged at a new criminal than at hardened, lifetime criminals. That almost seems like tolerating the later, which I am not prepared to do.

The biggest thing that pisses me off about Roberts; if the decision was 5-3 without him I could see him going with the majority so he could write the opinion. But when the decision is 4-4...he IS the majority!

and for the record...the other four are consistently communist, so their decisions came as no surprise.
