Cafeteria Law

I want the State and Local police in all states to cease and desist investigating or even asking questions about any of the following crimes:

• controlled substance violations
• kidnappings
• mail fraud or wire fraud
• bank larceny or bank robbery
• gun laws (such as a felon in possession of a firearm)
• postal offenses
• child pornography
• counterfeiting

State and local police have no business pursuing these investigations because they are violations of FEDERAL LAW...and they do not have jurisdiction.

Just ask Eric Holder and the Øbama administration. I'm sure they'll agree.

Of course, maybe not, in which case they just might be filthy sacks of shit and lying hypocrites.

You'll have to decide that for yourself.
