Our military is at the mercy of the Moonbats

Insightful discussion of what repealing "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" would really look like in the military.

And the critical difference between "tolerance" and "acceptance/endorsement".

"…it is not possible for the military to merely “tolerate” openly-avowed homosexuality, in the way civilians think of tolerating it.  What the military does now, with DADT, is tolerate homosexuality.  It officially doesn’t ask, and doesn’t even want to know, unless one servicemember’s activities create a discipline or readiness problem."

The assault never ends. Ă˜bama. What a friggin' train wreck.

The Gunslinger
...the tolerant

  1. For "some reason",I am reminded of Congresswoman Pat Schroeder, and the damage she caused in the early 1990's,with her assault on military discipline with "social experimentation". Like some sort of sci-fi plot where the "alien virus" passes from her to Pelosi...ARRGH! Iconoclast that I am,I can visualize patriotic "Amazon Brigades" and "Homosexual Brigades" wreaking havoc amongst our enemies, but not this Nob Hill mix-and-match approach.Seems impractical,as far as disciplinary realities. The Israelis tried it, and learned a lesson.

  2. Addendum:the Israelis adjusted...

  3. I've always thought the "Amazon" brigade was a good idea! Why the hell not? If women want to be in combat and can make the grade? I think it's cool!

    They'd be some bad mother...er...mothers.
