Today’s totalitarians in America are a complex mix of ideological leftovers of history (anti-Western racism, populism, marxism in its poor soviet interpretation which is even more miserable than “true” marxism, Third-World-ism of the post-WW II times, jacobinism, dirigisme of the Lenin- Stalin -Mao style, thuggery of the Pol-Pot style, unionism of the Twenties, trendy leftism of the “caviar-left” of Western Europe, elitism, intellectualism with nihilistic roots)…and probably more…
ALL, but not “liberals”.

He forgot the "Progressivism" of Woodrow Wilson & the Eugenicists (sounds like a band)...otherwise, quite a nice list.
