    PJ O'Rourke wrote about 'em years ago, in a book called "Parliament of Whores",and there was a book called "Hill Rat",by a Congressional aide from Texas."Funny" stuff how the staff would decorate Rep's office/desk with trash to show Texan visitors he'd been there" and "just missed" the constituent,tho the shithead was...you get the picture....
