An over-the-top-egotistical-bitch-paid-with-taxpayer-money-drone in his office—let's call her LIZ—abused an actual human being who was merely trying to make an appointment with the Representative.

Let me be clear, LIZ did this via 19 emails. That would be nineteen.

This amazingly arrogant, stupid, rude, smug woman continued her harangue, hectoring and lecturing of her hapless victim....because she could...being the gatekeeper for McDermott's time and calendar.
