This may sound obvious, but if you think about it, it is precisely what's lacking in our national political discourse. If logic were actually used and respected, no citizen would ever support a statist. It's absurd and self-destructive.
The fact is, logically, rationally, experientially, factually, historically...statism is a disaster, a flawed and failed idea. It has never worked to bring prosperity to the masses.
Why in the world are we still discussing it?
We are doing something wrong in our debate...in our persuasion...in our presentation. And we'd better figure it out soon, or it will be too late.
