This is from the Washington Post, so it's impossible to know whether it's accurate. But there is a tone in the voice of The People that I think is detectable even through the media gloss.
Our people (if you will) are pissed. These aren't activists and radicals. These are regular Republicans at a Republican political rally.
This election has changed politics forever. The un-subtle brute force with which Big Media has shoved Obama down our throats is causing a degree of anger that is finally being articulated...by the audiences.
The media still seem unaware that their mask has dropped, that the curtain has been pulled back, and we can see their weepy adoration and their clumsy machinations to benefit Obama and damage his critics and opponents, without reference to truth or honesty or facts. And they are shocked when confronted with the anger they have generated. They've never seen anything like it. Mannerly Republicans furious, shouting, speechifying, gesturing, booing, accusing. And it scares them.
I don't know how this is going to end. But it's not going to be pretty. Regular Republicans have been aroused to righteous anger over an election process corrupted by widespread Voter Fraud and ubiquitous Media Malfeasance. I don't think they're going to ever accept that an Obama victory was the result of a legitimate vote. Unlike "Florida 2000", the suspicions and resentment will not be confined to the tinfoil- hat fringe. The abuses have been so blatant that bow-tied accountants and bespectacled actuaries are cursing and revolting.
And maybe that's a good thing.
