It's All About Race

This makes me very sad. One does not want to believe that the few brave, principled black Conservatives are, in fact, black first.

At the same time they're talking about "getting beyond race".

Again, my CDA (Cognitive Dissonance Alarm) is screaming.

How exactly do you vote for someone because of the color of his skin in order to "get beyond" judging people because of the color of their skin?

There is a lot less intelligence here than originally met the eye, apparently.

It doesn't help me get "beyond race". It magnifies the gulf black people and me. It increases my annoyance and my suspicion. It makes it clear that at bottom, it remains...

...RACE FIRST.

And what the hell do they think we pink people are going to think? Do they imagine that their willingness to betray every common principle to revert to racial tribalism will encourage us to be less racist?

Are they kidding?

Yes, let's get "beyond racism" by being as fundamentally racist as we possibly can: Let's vote for a candidate based solely on the color of his skin.

And don't tell me I don't understand because I'm White and it's a "black thing". There's never been a woman president either. But I wouldn't vote for Cindy Sheehan or Nancy Pelosi or any other socialist shits just because they're chicks. They'd be a disaster for my country, and that matters more to me than my personal wish to have my own reflection in the White House.
