You Start to Feel Like a Recording

John Stossel makes the point, again, that the typical response to gun violence is to make gun violence easier for criminals.

It's all too predictable. A day after a gunman killed six people and wounded 18 others at Northern Illinois University, The New York Times criticized the U.S. Interior Department for preparing to rethink its ban on guns in national parks.

The editorial board wants "the 51 senators who like the thought of guns in the parks -- and everywhere else, it seems -- to realize that the innocence of Americans is better protected by carefully controlling guns than it is by arming everyone to the teeth."

Read the rest here.

They just never learn. (Repeating the same action hoping for a different outcome...?)

  1. Thank you for your blogs.I don't waste much time meandering thru the net for "cool" blogs, maybe found yours thru Tammy Bruce or who knows.Thing about Hillary or McCain makes more sense after my initial outrage about the heresy. It probably doesn't matter:Obama-rama fever has infected enough idiots to make it a moot point.Darwin's theory of evolution doesn't look so good now, with more avenues of knowledge most people seem to opt for childhood over wisdom.JEEZ!

Isn't that a textbook definition of insanity?

  3. You got it in one, Mr. Smith. My point, exactly.

Anon, thanks for joining us. Your comment is appreciated. And, yes, sometimes it feels like we're de-evolving, doesn't it?
