Ic-Niggling

This originally comes from a comment to a post at Democratic Underground. It was in response to the fathomless outrage of the poster about people using "Democrat" as opposed to "Democratic" as an adjective. He was frothing, hysterical that

"It shows an utter lack of respect, and shows that they don't even consider you important enough to call you by your correct name".
Please Note: this is posted at a website at which can regularly be found terms like "Bushitler" and "Chimpy" when referring to President Bush, and "Repukes" for "Republicans". Oh, the irony.

It's a little difficult to take the guy seriously. And his commenter suggests he not get so hysterical over the issue:
"What's the beef? This stupendously unimportant 'ic-niggle' is assinine."
Now that is funny enough. But a wit (commenter) at Dummie Funnies adds to the fun:
An "ic niggle"? Ohhhh! That's a great one for Webster!

Ic-niggle (ick-nig-gl) - N. 1.To worry, ad nauseum over the smallest trivialities. 2. To imagine trivialities are deliberate sleights against oneself or beliefs. 3. To become hysterical or paralyzed with rage over inconsequential matters.

Ic-niggler - N. 1.Practicioner of ic-niggling. SEE- feeb, nitwit, DUmmie, jerkoff, whiner, lickspittle, Democrat.
And THIS people, is why we all surf the web. To find these brilliant little nuggets by people we never would have heard of otherwise.

God bless them every one.
