Reading the Democratic Underground is like hanging out on the boardwalk people-watching.
Rather than fashion disasters, what you see is intellectual disasters, which can be even funnier. The difference is that people who dress badly can be redeemed by intelligence.
No amount of physical beauty can redeem the putrescent minds on display at DU.
But it is amusing.
