New York Times' Criminal Arrogance

Hugh Hewitt's column about what he calls the "Times Two Treason". And His Followup at Townhall.

Deroy Murdock writes about it in today's National Review Online: "The Times’s manifest arrogance (exemplified when an acquaintance of mine recently answered his phone and heard a recording say, “Please hold for a New York Times reporter”) already isinsufferable. But as this institution threatens 8.5 million New Yorkers, its potentially suicidal Bush hatred has devolved into reckless endangerment of Americans from coast to coast."

PowerLine posted a letter from Lt.Tom Cotton (in Baghdad) to the New York Times. Another voice in a growing chorus for prosecution. Call your representatives and insist they push for an indictment under the Espionage Act. This time the Times took their usual aim at the President, but hit civilians at home, the troops on the ground, and shot themselves in the foot. Will that make it harder to get the shackles on the bastards?

Linda Chavez, Michell Malkin and Jonah Goldberg write about the latest New York Times outrage. And "Bill" has added a comment to Jonah's column that's worth reading! He's as fired up as I am!

"If America is going to wage a new kind of war against terrorism, it must act on all fronts, including the financial one," a newspaper editorialized on September 24, 2001 - just 13 days after the terrorist strikes of 9/11.
That same newspaper has now betrayed the very operation it was then urging on the Bush administration. That newspaper, of course, is the New York Times, now rapidly taking on the role of Osama bin Laden's reliable informant." (NewsMax-NYT)
