A Wasted Life

I happened across this story this morning. I'm speechless at the utterly incomprehensible dysfunctionality of this woman.

It's appalling.

The only explanation is that she is nearly or actually retarded, but that is never addressed in the article.

It's so...unfinished...and tragic.
