Let me be perfectly clear. Pat Buchanan has generally gone round the bend. Almost everything he says is an embarrassment to conservatives and plays into the hands of the collaborationist Left. He's become a full blown wacko Libertarian Utopian.

But on this he is dead right. (Pun appreciated if not intended)
