Caltrans,
that is, the State of California Department of Transportation,
is building a WALL to keep homeless people off of its property.
Yes.
The GOVERNMENT of CALIFORNIA
is building a WALL...
to keep indigent CITIZENS off ITS (government) property...
...but opposes a WALL...
to keep NON-CITIZENS and FOREIGN CRIMINALS and ALIEN TERRORISTS
out of the State,
and out of CITIZENS' lives, homes, property, schools, churches, malls, stadiums, streets...

I worked for CHP in both San Diego (Border Division) and Yreka (Northern Division. Both facilities were surrounded by high chain-link fences, and I am pretty sure all of our facilities were so surrounded.
ReplyDeleteHowever - the fences were frequently left open, even at night. One night, a homeless drunk climbed into the private vehicle of one of our TOs (Traffic Officer). He threw up, then passed out. TO McKinnon wasn't very happy to discover this when he got off duty the next morning.
Yes, the California State bureaucracy is as hypocritical as the rest of the Left.
