A colleague at work sent me her friend's summary of Øbama's speech last night.
For your viewing pleasure...here it is:

My summary of Obama’s speech:

We will stand up Sunni National Guard Units in Iraq, arm and train them, and they will work together just fine with the Shia Iraqi army, especially in fighting the former Sunni Iraqi army officers fighting with ISIS.
 
We will arm and train ISIS people in Syria who are not called ISIS.
 
We will continue to attempt to overthrow Assad because we don’t want to confront Iran directly because that will ruin my legacy.
 
We will ask Saudi Arabia and Turkey to reduce their funding of ISIS, please.

The U.S. economy is doing great.
