    There was a poster on FR that attended that meeting. He (or she) submitted a question in writing asking why the short notice and insufficient time to review CC. The question was edited to change the context and remove any hint of a complaint to "where can I find information on CC?" (Sorry, no link but that is an accurate recollection)

    They need to take a lesson from the bureaucrats in California where we the people are fighting Agenda 21. They completely disregard anything we say—any concerns or objections...but they do gaze us indulgently and permit us to voice them at their official "public" meetings.
