    It takes a lot to shock me anymore, but this was definitely unexpected. It takes some work to discern any "thinking" behind the gibberish, but if I've got this right:

    Blacks mugging white people are not true crimes, but simply "Reparations Protests" and if the white victim dies, that's their own fault.
