" 'Journalism, at its core, is about justice and fairness, and that’s the ‘view of the world’ that we espouse'

Education, at its core, is about justice and fairness, and that’s the ‘view of the world’ that we espouse.

Taxation, at its core, is about justice and fairness, and that’s the ‘view of the world’ that we espouse.

Socialism, at its core, is about justice and fairness, and that’s the ‘view of the world’ that we espouse.

Once you have decided that you own “justice and fairness”, all of those who don’t agree with you can be demonized, discriminated against, imprisoned, or even killed. After all, they are unjust and unfair, and have no rights that a just and fair man should be forced to recognize [if I might borrow a few words from the champion of antebellum justice and fairness (so much so that it was reflected in his title) Chief Justice Roger Taney].
