Is anyone really surprised? This is the same court that earlier this week told states they are no longer sovereign. That ruled that the federal government is supreme in all things. The experiment that was the United States of America is now done, it is a COMPLETE FAILURE.

With this ruling our government has just become the one we fought the Revolutionary War to escape. EVERY decision you make EVERY day potentially affects your health, so EVERY decision you make can potentially be regulated by the government

The constitution is dead! The only way to re-establish it is by force of arms!

    I’m sorry, Mr. Franklin…we couldn’t.
If I said this is a day that will live in infamy, would that be too dramatic? 'Cause I don't think so. I'm sincerely sad...I actually almost cried this morning when I heard the news that the Court had upheld Ă˜bamacare. I tried to not have expectations...because to have them dashed hurts too much. But I did. I actually never thought for a moment that they would find the Individual Mandate constitutional.

I realize I don't care what the Supreme Court says. They have, after the Arizona and Montana decisions this week...and especially after this, lost their legitimacy in my eyes.

Maybe I'm just hysterical, so soon after this devastating blow. Maybe I'll feel better later after cooler heads have blessed me with their wisdom. But right now, I feel like it's the end of Freedom in America.

If the Imperial State can do this, what can they possibly be restrained from doing?
