This was pretty much my first thought too when I heard the initial report.

Well sir:
1. The law does not state that it is a tax.
2. No tax in the history of the US has been used to force you to purchase a commodity.
3. This ruling means that anything the congress dreams up can be considered a tax.

I guess you can be taxed for having more than one baby
I guess you can be taxed to buy solar panels from Solyndra
I guess you can be taxed to breathe…oh they just did that.

Liberty is dead. The rule of law is dead. The USA is dead. We either fight or submit…I no longer think the US can be set straight politically.
