Sorry, you couldn't be more wrong. Obama wouldn't know a joke if it came up and honked his nose. What he does is mock others. This is NOT a sense of humor at all. Kind of like what I said about Rosie O'Donnell some years ago. She doesn't smile, she bares her teeth. The more you see them for what they are, the more you realize these are VERY creepy people. They don't understand normal human behavior and they are trying as hard as they can to imitate it.
I'd say Øbama is close to being a sociopath: Utterly unconcerned about the consequences of his actions on anyone else. All that matters is how events affect him. I guess I don't have to say that's a really bad character defect/disease in a President of the most powerful country in the world.
