ReplyDeleteIf something as simple as that is unenforceable, the tax code has to be unenforceable. Heck, the the IRS doesn't understand it; ever seen those studies that say when people call the IRS for help they get wrong answers an alarming percent of the time?
If calling the IRS for help gets you the same accuracy as "Clever Hans the Counting Horse", I think we should all interpret the tax code any way we'd like.
They say these things because if they can get amnesty for these 17-20million people then they have another significant portion of the population that will vote for them.
ReplyDeleteI get confused when I see most minorities voting for Libs and Dems... Many blacks that I know profess to be strong christians or at least spiritual, libs are the heart of the ACLU and anti-christian (not necessarily anti-religion though as they will always support Islam apparently) lobby. The same goes for Hispanics/Mexicans, they are quite often Catholic, even if not particularly devout. Also the Democrats were the party of the Confederacy and the Southern way of life. Southern Democrats were the leaders of the KKK and were the Senators and Congressmen voting Against civil rights. So how and when did it become the Democrats that were the champion of the minorities..? Oh, yes, when they were taken over by the Communists and Socialists in the late 60s and early 70s. When all those idiots that dodged the draft and became hippies or had been indoctrinated in college finally got to be the ones voting and the ones running for office. And now they have been trying to "educate" our children for the last 30+yrs. Bugger, I need a drink.
