Elena Kagan

Aren't lesbians becoming just a little over-represented on the Supreme Court at this point?

I mean, they're like 2% of the population...and will soon hold 22% of the SCOTUS seats?

Seriously, people...

Straight women do not HULK. (Have you SEEN Sotomayor walk?)

Straight women in their positions wear makeup and have good hair(dressers).

Straight women in their positions have Clothing Stylists:

Straight women in their positions do not wear sensible shoes with tiny heels before age 75
—unless they have been injured.

And straight women DO NOT SIT like this in business settings.

Did I mention Hair?

Straight women in their positions do not wear ill-fitting, short-sleeve suit jackets for SCOTUS interviews.
(Did I mention hair and makeup?)

Straight Women in their position do not wear oddly inappropriate jewelry that suits neither the occasion nor their features. (See above for dangly earrings with a "suit".)

See below for delicate feminine pearl earrings on Kagan.

And can I just say....a New Yorker, who's also a Jew, who's also Gay, who's also been educated at Harvard:

What are the chances we have anything but a FLAMING PROGRESSIVE on our hands here, people?

While, in spite of the inane "more inclusive, more representative, more reflective" rambling of 'Bama the Bombast,  there will be six Catholics and three Jews on a nine person bench...while 70% of the country is Protestant Christian.

Anyone wondering why Protestants don't rate being included, represented and reflected?

Yeah, me neither.

  1. Saturday night, Drudge ran a picture of Elena Kagan and my first thought was "what the heck happened to Bob Costas?? He gained a ton!" Said this to my wife (it was on her computer) and she thought it was Costas, too.

I swear she is either Bob Costas' lost sister (separated at birth) or that really is him.
