Gummint Freebies

Apparently the government is providing people with free cells phones and minutes.

Unless this website is a hoax....

I guess they're are using "Obama's Money".

    I think this has something to do with giving cell phones to people who need to make emergency calls.. like medical or something like that.. not sure..
