A Warning From Africa

Perhaps the "tribal" behavior so many of our "betters" despise, rather that being the death of Africa as our elites insist, might have been its savior—if it had managed to muster resistance against the elitist Left, over-educated destroyer barbarians that have taken the entire continent down the road to perdition.

Perhaps "Tribal" loyalty, pride and honor isn't such a bad idea after all.

Perhaps clinging to our "Tribal" culture with courage,  in the face of the derision and persecution by the Neo-Colonialists is the only way to defeat them here.

L. E. Ikenga has some advice.

  1. Very good article. I pulled my kids out of the government controlled welfare schools when they were still in elementary school for a lot of reasons but mostly because the teachers never taught the whole story. When the 2006 elections were going on my oldest son's teacher only taught about Al Gore with no mention of any other political party. The first homeschool lesson I taught my children was taking them to the VoteSmart site and showing them ALL the parties in the US and and explaining to them that they needn't vote for the lesser of two evils; they could vote for a candidate that had the same beliefs that they did. I continued teaching the Constituion to them and now my oldest has voted in an election for the first time. He voted as an independent and he has strong opinions about government and politicians. He is not a liberal. This is just one of the reasons why liberals hate the homeschool movement. They see it growing every year and know that all these children will not be raised with liberal views, but some with conservative ones. And they won't be able to control them either. I felt the education of my children was my responsibility. It's not for everyone, and I am grateful I was able to do it, but there are many days I wanted to give up, too. :-) Unlike teachers in the gfws, I taught my children about liberalism, I hope without bias (believe me it is hard). We've had some interesting discussions over the years. :) The important thing is to give the child ALL the facts, not just some of them. They can make up their own minds, but they can only make intelligent decisions if they have been intelligently informed. The liberals are too afriad to educate in a real way because they don't want free thinkers and the last thing they want is for anyone to make up their own mind about anything. Even tho it is the liberals I hear throwing around the term 'free thinker', I have yet to meet a true free thinker, including myself. I think there are too many prejudices for anyone to think truly free, but that shouldn't stop us from educating responsibly. My point about bringing up homeschooling was that I had a choice. Magnet schools and porivate schools are also a choice and isn't that important in the education of our children? Choices? The last thing the left in this country wants is for you to have a choice in edcuating your children.

  2. Home-schooling is a real sacrifice, how great that you did it! But I can see that the rewards are worth it.

It is to be hoped that enough people are doing it to ensure that our values and principles don't die in the current, and ongoing Progressive onslaught.

  3. Great editorial link, great comment from Skiriki. Thank you both. And from couples I've known who homeschooled,it wasn't such a sacrifice, just a matter of priorities (material frippery accumulation,or the closeness of family/traditions?).Just got off the phone with a young person who was puzzled by college math quiz, and I was amazed at the BS formula she was being taught (it was convoluted "theory",with no relation to true mathematical values. My God,they're messing with MATH!
