1) He looks like the evil double in a "magic mirror"...his true visage.
2) He looks like an evil wizard layin' down a serious spell.
3) He reminds me of Max Headroom, whose existed only inside video technology. I think it can be fairly opined that Zerø the TOTUS exists only by virtue of Teleprompter technology.
