Kenyan till 1982

For what it's worth, this is pretty damned weird. What is with this guy? Nothing he does is ever straightforward, clear or simple.

How does a guy with American presidential aspirations (which he's clearly had since he was about 3—and we thought Bill Clinton was precocious!) retain a Kenyan citizenship until 1982?

Goddamnit! I don't trust him.
