Biden Says The World Thinks Obama Is Spineless

I've heard about this all day. And I still can't figure out what the heck it means.

Since he's talking to a pod of Liberals, is he warning them that Posy-Toes is going to do something they won't like. (Remember me talking about Obie jumping the shark, and becoming "The Betrayer"?) and begging them, in advance to remember "the love" and stick with BO through thick and thin, no matter what he does?

Or is he saying that the entire world of bad guys, rather than being drunk with happiness with the "Savior of the World", the "Prince of Peace" being elected, they think he's a spineless weasel, and will be causing some world crisis to see just how much of a pushover he is? (Doesn't speak well of the man if all his international supporters are planning to take him out before he can even hang the new drapes.)

Or is he saying that Posy-Toes wants to institute things in America that are downright un-American, and that even though it will feel wrong, believe in the Messiah, he knows better than all you little people?

It's a conundrum. This is unusual, even for Joe. Usually he's just wrong or stupid (usually both). This time he's actually scary and abstruse.
