Fringe Character

The left doesn't want to win arguments with its opponents, it wants to silence them.

Obie's campaign is showing more of its true colors, using the standard Left tactics of intimidation and attempts to silence opponents...which they call "enemies"...that would be other Americans trying to get an opposing message out to the voters.

I understand fighting hard to win elections. I understand trying your best to outsmart, outspend, out-argue your opponent. I understand "spinning" the story so you look good and your opponent looks bad. That's down and dirty, normal American politics.

But I draw the line at strong-arm tactics, outright lying, and using public institutions to hide the truth. I draw the line at using threats of legal action to prevent people from speaking the truth. I draw the line at fomenting mob action with the specific goal of stifling the speech of others because you don't like what they want to say.

Un-American. I don't like this guy. I don't like this guy at all.

His own campaign is behaving like some sort of extreme fringe group that in years past would have embarrassed the "mainstream" party, but is now the reflection of the character of its leader, its presidential candidate, friend of Wright and Ayers, student of Alinsky, product of Chicago political thuggery, Marxist.

I guess that's what they mean by "New Democratic Party".

No thank you.
