San Quentin's Death Row is seriously overcrowded. We've been hearing about it again in the news for the last couple of days; all sorts of discussion about how many hundreds of millions it's going to cost to expand it to accommodate all the condemned prisoners.
I have a solution. Will save us a bunch of money.
I don't really have to spell it out right?
Hint: It's called DEATH Row.
