I don't know if this is doctored or just a joke. But it is funny.
I wonder if he was doing a "photo op" looking busy and important!
Maybe he's not quite ready for prime time.

    I noticed the "3 o'clock" clock in the background...intentional reference?Or is he just busy on the phone plotting more ways to confiscate taxpayer money?Geez,one would be hesitant to rule out a cynical, doctored pic from Clinton campaign with subterfugal(?),Machiavellian ju-jitsu intentions.Wouldn't put it past them,or if it's a genuine Obama-rama phot-op pic to show "Yes,indeedy,he's ready to pick up the phone".Either way,it's sad,and just a plain insult.

    I honestly never noticed the clock. What a ditz. That looks phoney for sure. But the cord, if altered, is a good photoshop job...at least at this resolution.
