Give Up and Wait for the Bomb

Well, let's see: America is prosecuting Marines for killing in a war zone, and treating terrorists like guests in Guantanamo; Britain can't summon the cajones to respond to an act of war and piracy; Sadr's gang is leading massive protests in Iraq, demanding the Coalition go home, and we're allowing it; Democrats are publicly betraying the country and are not even censured, let alone indicted. Iranian fighters, money and arms are killing Americans in Iraq, and we're too squeamish to call them our enemy. Iran is rushing toward nuclear capability, and all we seem capable of doing about it is pouting.

George Bush has been emasculated by the constant drone and 10 gee pressure of political correctness, manufactured outrage, malignant hate, lies, spin, and media hype. Everything he does now is redolent of appeasement...whether of Muslim pukes or Democrat pukes (or illegal Mexican pukes.)

Fuck it. I give up. Let's get the hell out of Iraq. We are clearly NOT GOING TO WIN. We are not going to win, because we are unwilling to fight. We don't have the balls any more than England does. We've sent our brave and beautiful Marines and soldiers to act like nannies and constables, and they're getting killed because we're too afraid to fight our enemies like we mean it.

I am now on the side of the cut and run people. Not for the same reasons. I just don't see any reason to allow one more troop to die for our incompetence and lack of resolve. Every one that has died has died in vain. Our lily-livered leaders have made sure of that.

Iraq will degenerate into a slaughterhouse and be taken over by Iran? Whatever.

We're just going to let them bleed us in driblets until we crawl out of Iraq humiliated and defeated, with even more dead....and then Iraq will degenerate into a slaughterhouse and be taken over by Iran.

Why wait? I say get out now. Immediately. Today.

Nothing about the way we're "fighting" this war is going to prevent Iran's eventual dominance, acquisition of nuclear weapons or inevitable nuclear attack, because we don't have the spine to stand up to them.

First they'll nuke Israel. We won't do anything because the Democrats will insist that Israel "asked for it", and if we defend Israel, we'll just make the Iranians mad. And the gutless Republican will mumble about Democrats being panty-waists, and do nothing. Maybe we'll consult the United Nations. Or Nancy will visit Tehran to surrender Israel, as long as Iran doesn't nuke anybody else. OldDinnerJacket will agree, and Nancy will come home triumphant and we'll all celebrate the victory of peace in our time, while glass forms over what was once the only green and prosperous oasis in the fithly, squalid, gutter that is the Middle East. But hey...what do we care? Global warming is the REAL threat, right?

Since we're clearly going to let them do it, as is obvious from every politically correct, appeasement toady, surrender monkey thing we do—and every sensible, effective, strong, firm, right thing we refrain from doing—we might as well just stay home, elect a Democrat, party, ignore it, live in denial and have a good rollicking time—sex, drugs and rock 'n roll— until they send the next two fireballs into London and New York.

Since we obviously don't have a plan, or the determination for victory, and we ain't about the develop either any time soon, I don't see the point in proceeding as we are. When the West goes up in atomic flames, maybe the odd Liberal will take the whole Muslim Terrorist thing seriously, and maybe someone will decide that it's better to live free than be slaughtered or ruled by heathen savages. Then again, maybe not. Maybe it's just too late for that.

But at least we'll have had a good old Mardi Gras party the last couple of years before the New Dark Age begins.
