I'm so mad I can hardly speak. But this is what happens when the bureaucracy is in charge.

It gets one speculating about the advantages of the bag guys nuking Washington, D. C.

Think of the bureaucracies that would die in that conflagration. It may be the only way to kill them. They are nearly has hardy as cockroaches. And about as beneficial.
