WMD's Found in Iraq!

Yes, Saddam DID have Weapons of Mass Destruction.
Newly declassified documents prove they're there. Why did these documents stay classified for so long? And why did't the New York Times leak the story anyway? And why doesn't the administration have a bullhorn, shouting this from the rooftops?
