Why is it Sarah Palin's wardrobe is "news", but Missus Obie's cuisine (caviar, champagne and lobster) is not?

I mean, which is actually required for the job? And, can you imagine what would be said about her if Governor Palin wore Walmart clothes?

Just for the record, I found out this morning that at least some of Hillary's suits cost $6,000 apiece. Read that anywhere? And this was not news.......because......?
